Shellie  Polimeni
Shellie Smith Polimeni, 46, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019. Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1st at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Dr. Jerry Pickard officiating. Burial followed at Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Shellie was born in Decatur and lived in St. Mountain before moving to Putnam County. She attended Gwinnett Technical College. She was preceded in death by her father, John Thomas Smith; her grandmother, Mary Sue Hawthorne West and grandparents, Arthur and Annie Layfield Smith.
Survivors include her children, Reghan Marie Polimeni and Landen Thomas Vanderford and her mother, Patricia West Smith all of Eatonton; a brother, Bryan Thomas Smith (Pam) and her sister, Melanie Smith Wilson (Bryan) both of Dacula; grandfather, Howard Sibley "Ben Daddy" West of Milledgeville.
The family received friends Sunday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions could have been made to the American Kidney Foundation 1192 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.

Dear Pat I guess you do not remember me, but I am Helen West's niece.
I have not seen you in a long time and I am so sorry about your daughter. I see that Mr. Sibley is doing okay. I just want to say that I am sorry for your loss and I did not realize that you lived in Eatonton.
