Mary Harris Obituary
Celebration of Life for Mrs. Mary Clyde Harris of Milledgeville, will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019, at Victory Baptist Church, 640 Meriwether Road, Milledgeville. Services will begin at 1 p.m. with the interment following at Heritage Memorial Park.
Mary entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Navicent Health Medical Center. She was a devoted and faithful member of Friendship Baptist Church, serving on the usher board. Mary retired from Georgia College & State University at the age of 63 after 24 years of dedicated service.
She leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Roselyn (John Jr.) Trawick of Ft. Mitchell, Ala. and Valarie Parham of Milledgeville; sisters, Doris Mitchell and Erma Jean (Deacon Marion) Boyer of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Jordan Sebastin Trawick, Justin Anthony Trawick of Ft. Mitchell, Ala., David Lee Parham II of Milledgeville; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Harris, and her son, Anthony Jerome Sanford.
