Marvin Joyce Obituary
Funeral services for Mr. Marvin E. Joyce, 81, will be conducted Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024 at 4 p.m. in Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Glover officiating.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 p.m. until the service hour.
Mr. Joyce was a native of Montgomery, Alabama, and had made his home in Milledgeville since 1983. He was retired from Victor Forstmann and retired from Battery Warehouse. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post 6, Bass Anglers, National Wild Turkey Federation and the National Rifle Association.
He was predeceased by his parents, Ferrell Joyce, and a son, Brad Joyce, and a brother, Robert Joyce.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Pickens Joyce; daughter, Dawn Joyce Graves of Birmingham, Alabama; brother, Larry Joyce (Sylvia) of Montgomery, Alabama, and sister-in-law, Reba Joyce of Marietta; grandchildren,
Mackenzie Graves, Luke Graves, Conner Joyce and Finley Joyce.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
