Lisa Abbey Obituary

Lisa Jane Christophersen Abbey, 52, passed away Monday, February 4, 2013. Services will be held at 11a.m. Friday at Hardwick Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Kitchen officiating. Burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Abbey was a native of Sidney, N.Y., and lived in Norwich, N.Y., but made her home in Milledgeville since 1981. She was retired from the Georgia Department of Corrections as an administration assistant to the regional director. She was a member of Hardwick Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Glenn Abbey, and her daughter, Olivia Abbey, both of Milledgeville; sisters and brothers, Karen, Dennis, Susan, Brenda, Leroy, Timothy, Barry, Warren, Patricia, Peter and Pamela.
