Mrs. Kimberly Denise Sanders Abney, 41, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, in New Haven Baptist Church of Jones County with the Rev. Sam Lloyd officiating. Mrs. Abney was a native and lifelong resident of Bibb County. She was a member of New Haven Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Robin (Richard) Burgamy of Milledgeville, Michael, Taylor and Dylan Abney, all of Twiggs County; grandchildren, Layla Abney and Macy Burgamy; father, Robert Daniel Sanders; mother, Martha Baggarley; stepfather, Bobby L. Baggarley Jr.; sister, Candice (Matthew) Allison; brother, Daniel Sanders; niece, Brittany Sanders; sister-in-law, Crystal (Steven) Morgan; and a number of other family members.
