Kenneth Wayne "Ken" Eberhardt, 82, of Eatonton passed away Monday, Oct. 14, 2024. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Milledgeville with the Rev. Tim Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024 from 1 p.m. until the service hour. Interment will follow in Heritage Memorial Park.
Mr. Ken Eberhardt was a native of Hartwell, Georgia but had made Milledgeville, Georgia his home since 1978. He opened Middle GA Auto Sales in 1978 and operated it until 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew Thurmond and Emmarette Dickerson Eberhardt; sisters, Kay Willis and Jane Garrett and brother, Andy Eberhardt. He was a member of the Milledgeville Masonic Lodge, was a member of the Rotary Club for over 50 years and was a member Lakeside Baptist Church.
The family is accepting flowers but memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Lakeside Baptist Church Building fund.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Leondra Ginn Eberhardt of Eatonton; daughter, Tiffany Harper (Richard) of Braselton, Georgia; son, Eric Eberhardt (Mary) of Eatonton; grandchildren, Dianne Eberhardt (Alex), Lauren Harper, Cole Harper, Brooke Harper, Kara Harper, Dylan Harper and Christian Harper.
