Jerome Williams
Jerome Williams was born May 17, 1955, to the parents of JT and Marie Williams. He resided in Sparta for all of his life and attended Hancock Central High School. He exemplified a "mother's wit" to everyone that he met. He loved to speak encouraging words of beauty to women, played his harmonica and guitar, and was a master billiard player. He communicated not just through music but with dancing. He can be considered as an entertainer with Sparta as his stage. He used his musical talent to play with the Rev. Edward Taylor.
Viewing was held Friday, March 16, 2018, from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Ingram Brothers Funeral Home. Memorial service will be Saturday, March 17, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Ingram Brothers Funeral Home, 249 Spring St., Sparta, Ga. 31087.

"Think of Jerome "Romp" as living in the hearts of those he touched...for nothing loved is ever lost and he was loved so much."
