Jeffery K. Henderson
Jeffery K. Henderson, 64, of Gordon Highway, died Thursday, November 3, 2016, at his residence. The family will greet friends from 1:00-2:00pm, Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Bridges Funeral Home in Gray. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm, in the chapel of Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Wesley Bridgers and Mrs. Becky Etheridge officiating. Interment will be at Henderson Family Cemetery in Jones County.
Mr. Henderson was born February 6, 1952, in Jones County and had lived most of his adult life in Baldwin County. He was the son of the late Francis Henderson and Alice Miller Henderson. Mr. Henderson was a member of the FFA as a child and worked as a manager for Crane Services, Inc. in Macon. He was preceded in death by a grandson: Adam Youmans; grandfather: Eziekel "Coon" Henderson; and two brothers: Felipe Henderson and Don Henderson.
Mr. Henderson is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years: Gail Henderson; children and spouses: Ginger and Lance Stinson, Craig and Stephanie Henderson, Tonya and Jeff Youmans, Chad and Stacy Holland, Chris and Farrah Holland; grandchildren: Hannah Stinson, Angela Henderson, Holly Henderson, Courtney Youmans, Austin Holland, Harley Holland, Christopher Holland, Allie Holland; brother: Neil Henderson, Sr. and several nieces and nephews.
The family may be contacted at the residence at 437 Gordon Highway in Baldwin County.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made in his granddaughter Hannah's honor to the Shriner's Hospital for Children-Greenville, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29605 or to the Ronald McDonald House of Greenville, 706 Grove Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29605.
