Services celebrating the life of Mr. James Edward Joyner of Milledgeville will be held Friday, Aug. 31, 2018, at Flagg Chapel Baptist Church, 400 W. Franklin St., Milledgeville. Service time is scheduled for 11 a.m. with a private interment to follow.
James entered into eternal rest Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018, at his residence.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 13 years, Mrs. Anita Rae Pankey-Joyner; daughters, Kristi Joyner, Karyn (Phillip) Shinholster and Nicole (Kamau) Hull; sons, Kipp (Shonda) Joyner, Roosevelt (Kimberly) Woolfork and Trevarie Edmonds; sister, Delores Williams; brother, Elliott (JoAnn) Evans; mother-in-law, Dr. Anita Rae Smith-Pankey; 11 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
