Dianne  Bayne
Dianne Weiss Bayne, 60, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21 at the Trojan Center of John Milledge Academy with the Rev. Mike Waers and J.T. Wall officiating. Burial will follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Bayne was a native of Macon but had made her home in Milledgeville for over 50 years. She was a Vice-President at CSB Bank from 1981-87. Mrs. Bayne worked at John Milledge Academy for over 20 years where she was a member of the PTO, the Trojan Club and served as head of the John Milledge Auction for many years. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Phil and Dorothy Brannen Weiss, and two half-siblings, Jack Ruis and Elaine Muldrew and her father-in-law, Ernest Bayne.
Survivors include her husband, Victor Bayne of Milledgeville; two sons, Doug Bayne (Tiffany) of Milledgeville and Dustin Bayne and his fiancée Katie Johnson of Los Angeles, California; her sister, Amy Smith (Danny) of Milledgeville; her half-brother, Rob Ruis of Ashville, North Carolina; and a half-sister, Suzanne Potter (Walt) of Americus; her mother-in-law, Anne Bayne of Milledgeville; her brother-in-law, Milton Bayne of St. Paul, Minnesota and her sister-in-law, Cynthia New (Randy) of Milledgeville; two grandchildren, Hunter Bayne and Avery Bayne.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. in the Trojan Center at John Milledge Academy.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dianne Bayne Scholarship c/o John Milledge Academy 197 Log Cabin Rd. NE Milledgeville, GA 31061.
