Milledgeville, Georgia - Diane Boyd, of Milledgeville, Georgia, entered her eternal home on May 10, 2026.

Born on Dec. 21, 1956, in Sylvester, Georgia, Diane was a devoted wife, mother, nurse and faithful servant of her community and church. She graduated from Worth County High School and continued her education in nursing at Georgia Military College and Georgia College & State University.

Diane was a longtime member of Houston Road Church in Macon, Georgia, where she joyfully served alongside her church family. Her faith was the foundation of her life, and she was known for her compassionate spirit, generous heart, and unwavering commitment to helping others.

She loved camping, traveling and creating memories with family and friends. Whether serving at church, exploring new places, or spending time with loved ones, Diane brought warmth, kindness, and encouragement to everyone she met. Her strong faith, loving nature, and servant's heart left a lasting impact on countless lives.

Diane is survived by her loving husband, Edward Boyd; her son, Josh Boyd; and her daughter, Heather Boyd-Smith. She also leaves behind many extended family members, cherished friends, and her beloved church family who will deeply miss her presence and treasure her memory.

A memorial service celebrating Diane's life will be held at 11 a.m. on June 6, 2026, at Houston Road Church in Macon, Georgia.

Though Diane is no longer with us in body, her legacy of faith, love, compassion, and service will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
