Services Celebrating the Life of Mrs. Cora Mae Rozier of Milledgeville will be held Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Vaughn Chapel Baptist Church, 1980 N. Jefferson St. NE Milledgeville.
Remains will lie in state at 10 a.m. until the service hour. The interment will follow at Una Memorial Cemetery.
It was on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2018, that Cora was called home to eternal rest. She was a lifelong faithful member of Vaughn Chapel Baptist Church. Cora Mae leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Lawana (Julian Edwards) Rozier, Laverne Rozier (Eddie) Driskell, and Geraldine Rozier all of Milledgeville; one sister, Mrs. Lillian Wright; grandchildren, Omar Rozier, Elantra Driskell; great grandchildren, Taja Rozier, Jalen Rozier, JaQuez Rozier; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Cora was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Rozier Sr., and two sons, Herman Rozier Jr., and Clint Rozier.
