Caesar Titus Allen "Sam" Pankey Obituary

Celebration of Life for Mr. Caesar Titus Allen "Sam" Pankey of Milledgeville will be held Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018, at Flagg Chapel Baptist Church, 400 W. Franklin St., Milledgeville. Services will begin a 3 p.m. with the interment following at Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Remains will lie instate at 2 p.m. until the service hour.

Caesar departed this life Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2018. He leaves precious memories lingering in the hearts of his mother, Dr. Anita Rae Smith-Pankey M.D.; sisters, Harriet ( Ralph) Goffney of Charlottesville, Va., Anita Rae Joyner of Milledegeville; one brother, Titus (Manuela) Pankey of Silver Springs, Md.; devoted aunt, Cornelia (Lawrence) Coates of Warner Robins; devoted nieces, Nicole W. (Kamau) Hull, Esq., Riley Pankey; nephew, Roosevelt (Kimberly) Woolfork IV; and a host of other family and friends.

Caesar was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Titus Pankey Jr., and a brother, Lance Cpl. Alan Pankey.
