Milledgeville - Annelle Brookins Harrison, 94, passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Bradley and Rev. Ralph Story officiating. Burial to follow at Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Harrison was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on Nov. 28, 1931, to the late Theodore Roosevelt Brookins and Sudie Jo Rilla Ethridge Brookins. She was a graduate of Peabody High School and attended Georgia State College for Women. She graduated from cosmetology school in 1961. She was preceded in death by her husband E.D. Harrison Jr., and a sister, Sara Ellen Dobbs. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Milledgeville.

Survivors include two daughters, Merel J. Harrison and Lyndall H. Muschell both of Milledgeville; five grandchildren, Pacifica J. "P.J." Sauer, Lt. Col. Jeremy L. Sauer (Jenee), Amanda M. Sauer, Amy M. Warren and Andy Warren.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 until 2 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
