Anne Roesel, 64, of Macon, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at 11 a.m. at the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer with the Rev. Andrew M. Lewis officiating. The family will greet friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Interment will be private at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 390 Pierce Avenue, Macon, Ga. 31204.
Anne was the daughter of the late Julius Max Roesel Jr. and Betty Givens Roesel. She graduated from Baldwin High School. She then graduated from the University of Georgia with a math degree and also obtained a degree in electronics from Clemson University. Anne worked at Robins Air Force Base as an electronics engineer. After retiring, she served as the administrator of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer. Anne is preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd Frederick Roesel.
Anne is survived by her brother, Max Roesel III of Macon; sister, Louise (Michael) Dominy of Milledgeville; and many nieces and nephews.
