Mrs. Underwood passed away on Dec. 23, 2018. She was a native of Hancock County and had lived most of her life in Baldwin County. She was predeceased by her husbands, Jesse D. Carr and William "Billy" Underwood; her parents, Lucius Jerome Eubanks and Laura Belle Hester Eubanks; siblings, Wilmer Eubanks, Alton "Frog" Eubanks, John Eubanks, Marion Eubanks, James Eubanks and Curtis Eubanks. She was retired from McGaw and was a member of Black Springs Baptist Church. She was an avid vegetable gardener and loved growing her flowers and was well known for her famous Brunswick Stew.
Survivors include her daughters, Elaine Berry (Malvin) and Brenda Carr;
sisters, Runette Pounds and Marie Sherrer; three grandchildren, Tammy Lyle (Jeff), Sheila Beckman (Mark), Shane Berry (Rita); 10 great-grandchildren, April Dunson (Eddie), Amanda Raley (Jody), Branon Lyle, Brett Lyle (Jessica), Prescilla Lyle, Dennis Brantley (Tenille), David Brantley (Nan), Chance Beckman, Chris Berry (Candace) and Christin Berry. 13 great-great grandchildren.
Flowers accepted and for those who wish the family has request contributions to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
