Mr. Franklin "Jason" Huguley, 76, passed away on Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. Funeral Services will be held Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Milledgeville. Burial will follow in Heritage Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, Jan. 18 at Williams Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m.
Mr. Huguley was born in Thomaston to the late Zachariah M. Huguley and Elva Abercrombie Huguley and was the youngest of nine children. He had lived in Milledgeville since June 1979 and retired from Triumph after 23 years. Mr. Huguley was preceded in death by a son, Michael Huguley; sisters, Virginia Eubanks and Martha B. Wheeless and brothers Zach Huguley, Jr., Sam Huguley, Ed Huguley and Richard Huguley.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy "Jean" Jenkins Huguley of Milledgeville; son Robert Huguley of Milledgeville; grandchildren Jessica Anne Huguley of Savannah and Sarah Michelle Huguley of Milledgeville; sisters Helen Hancock of Peachtree City and Anne McFarlin of McDonough; a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and a loyal companion K-9, Lacey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue Foundation or to the Humane Society.
