James Elmer (Jim) Morris, 65, of Suwanee lost his battle with cancer Nov. 19, 2017. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 at 3 p.m. at Bill Head Funeral Home Duluth Chapel with Dr. David Daniel officiating. Jim was born in Milledgeville, graduated from Baldwin High School in 1970, served in the U.S Army and graduated from the University of Miami. Jim retired from ADT Security Systems. Jim is survived by his husband, Mike Williams, of Suwanee; his brother, Tom Morris of Rockwood, Tenn; his sister, Kay Holmes of St Simons; his mother in-law, Barbara Williams of Mechanicsville, Va.; and his sister in-law, Dawn Ball of Bowling Green, Va.; also several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and many very dear close loving friends and neighbors. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Elmer Morris of Milledgeville; grandparents and several aunts and uncles and cousins.
