Events

Floyd Couch, 75, passed away Sunday, Aug. 18, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21, at the chapel of Moores Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Baldwin Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Couch was a lifelong resident of Milledgeville and was the owner of C&S Body Shop. He served in the National Guard and was a member of Benevolent Lodge No. 3 and was a Shriner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Floyd Couch and Dorothy Brown Couch. He was a member of the Moose Club and Oconee Hunting Club.
Survivors include his wife, Delores Couch; son, Jody Butler (Audra); daughters, Tracy Rozier, KK Freeman (Corky), Stephanie Couch (Tammy Yeager), all from Milledgeville and Dena Byers (Joey) of North Carolina; a brother, Cecil Couch (Clay), and a sister, Margaret Dial (Bobby); grandchildren, Shelby Butler Hedgepeth (Kyle), Sydney Butler, Chad Freeman, Logan Freeman, Jacey Quinn, Brice Quinn, Nathan Harvey, Ronnie Rozier, Kim McLaulin (Robb), Scott Rozier, T.J. Kennedy (Sam), Whitney Hollifield (Steve), and Brittney Splawn (Joe); great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Will, Huck, Madison, Alela and Skylar. His adopted son, K.T. Tucker; nephew, Cody Couch (Amy Best); nieces, Lisa Register (Tony), Faith Garner (Dennis) and Susan Dollyhigh (Tim) and Tanner; nine great nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 3 until 4 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home.
